How much does the Smart package cost?

The Smart package has no monthly fee — you only pay for actual usage (pay-as-you-go model). One procurement procedure represents a complete RFx process, from capturing the requirement through to selecting the winner. Human tasks — evaluation, approval, data entry — are always free. Only automated steps are included in the cost of a procedure.

How long does implementation take?

The Smart package can be deployed immediately — no IT project, external integration, or lengthy onboarding process is required. The platform is web-based, and invited suppliers can also join the portal without registration.

What is the difference between human tasks and automated steps?

Human tasks are activities performed by you or your team: completing evaluations, granting approvals, and entering data. These are always free. Automated steps are those carried out independently by the system — such as sending notifications or managing deadlines. These are included in the cost of the procedure.

What is the difference between the Smart and Advanced&Ultimate packages?

Smart is ideal for smaller teams: 1 Master Blueprint, and all core procurement features. The Advanced and Ultimate packages include unlimited users, multiple templates, AI agents, a dedicated database, custom permissions, and ERP integrations.
